Zawadie Solutions and Adapt Partner to Bring JobOpportunities to African Refugees

Adapt, a global leader in AI-enabled localization and dubbing solutions, today announced a partnership with Zawadie Solutions to create meaningful remote employment opportunities for skilled African refugees. The collaboration reflects a shared commitment to expanding equitable access to global work and building inclusive, opportunity-driven teams.

Zawadie Solutions focuses on connecting highly qualified refugees across Africa with international employers, helping to remove systemic barriers to workforce participation. Through this partnership, Adapt is integrating talent sourced through Zawadie Solutions into its operations, providing stable income pathways while strengthening its multicultural and multilingual capabilities.

“At Adapt, we believe talent is universal, but opportunity is not,” said Justin Beaudin, CEO at Adapt. “Partnering with Zawadie Solutions allows us to take intentional steps toward closing that gap while welcoming exceptional professionals into our organization, from anywhere in the world.”

“We are thrilled to partner with Adapt to provide African refugees with access to meaningful work,” said Tyler Clark at Zawadie Solutions. “This initiative not only creates income opportunities but also empowers individuals to build skills, grow professionally, and contribute to global projects that recognize their talent.”

The first hires through the partnership, John and Costa, bring expertise across localization, production coordination, and linguistic services, contributing to global project execution and client delivery.

John, a new Adapt team member through Zawadie Solutions, shared, “Joining the Adapt team truly means a lot to me, and I couldn't be more thrilled to get started. I’m approaching this journey with a blend of genuine curiosity and a high level of motivation, eager to soak up as much knowledge as possible from such a talented group. I’m fully ready to dive into the challenges ahead and contribute my best work to the team’s collective success. I'm honored to be here.”

Costa added, “Becoming a part of the Adapt team has been a thrilling and significant experience to me. I also am motivated by the teamwork and ability to work on projects that actually matter. It is inspiring to work in a group where innovation, growth, and encouraging one another in the process are highly appreciated.”

Their integration reflects Adapt’s mission to combine advanced AI tools with human cultural expertise, ensuring high quality results while fostering responsible growth. By aligning innovation with social impact, Adapt and Zawadie Solutions are working to demonstrate how inclusive hiring practices can drive both business performance and measurable community advancement.
