VSI appoints Dimitri Konovalov as Director of Technology and Innovation

London, UK (26 August 2025) The VSI Group announced that Dimitri Konovalov will join the

company as Director of Technology and Innovation. This appointment supports VSI’s continued

investment in technology and automation across its global operations, reflecting the company’s

commitment to enhancing internal workflows and delivering long-term value to clients.

Konovalov joins VSI from Dubformer, where he served as Chief Business Development Officer.

With over 15 years of experience in the tech industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a

forward-thinking approach to integrating emerging technologies into creative workflows.

In his new role, Konovalov will lead VSI’s global automation and AI strategy, cultivating trusted

partnerships, evaluating the suitability of new solutions and defining their practical applications

across the organisation for both long and short-form content.

His appointment marks VSI’s ongoing commitment to operational excellence and innovation.
