Adapt Awarded Grant from State of Colorado for Innovation in AI-Powered Localization

Adapt Global Studios Inc., a next-generation AI localization provider for premium video content, is proud to announce it has been awarded a grant from the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT) as part of the Advanced Industries Accelerator Program.

Adapt was one of just 35 Colorado-based companies selected for this competitive round of funding, which supports innovative startups in key industries driving the state’s economy. The funding, totaling $180,000, will help accelerate Adapt’s proprietary platform, which combines advanced AI technologies with global linguists to create faster, more affordable, and culturally accurate subtitles and dubs.

“These pioneering companies and researchers are not only advancing technology, they are creating jobs, attracting investment, and positioning Colorado at the forefront of global competitiveness,” said Michelle Hadwiger, Global Business Development Director from the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade.

“We’re honored to be recognized by the State of Colorado for the work we’re doing to reshape media localization,” said Justin Beaudin, CEO of Adapt. “This grant will help us expand our capabilities, grow our team right here in the Denver Metro Area and ultimately make content more accessible around the world by combining the latest AI tech with global linguists using our proprietary cloud-based platform”

Adapt’s solution is already in production with some of world’s biggest content studios and is expanding to serve YouTube creators looking to reach global audiences. With this support from OEDIT Adapt plans to further develop tools to support more types of content and more languages.
